This month, we are excited to welcome special guests to discuss Project Nexus, a pilot initiative by the Turlock Irrigation District (TID) that aims to determine the viability and benefits of the installation of solar panel canopies over irrigation canals. Our esteemed guests will be Josh Weimer, the Manager of the External Affairs Department, and Tristan Higgins, the Right of Way Manager.
TID has partnered with the California Department of Water Resources, Solar AquaGrid, and UC Merced, for this project.
